The Buzz (Corporate Communications Newsletter)
Goal
The Corporate Communications team, consisting of HR, the Vice President of Branding, Creative Director, Copywriter, and myself, aimed to transform our monthly newsletter into a more captivating platform. The goal was to showcase new hires, spotlight company initiatives, share internal and external successes, highlight outstanding employees, and communicate pertinent HR updates. This initiative was designed not only to foster a stronger sense of unity among employees in a post-COVID environment but also to maintain connectivity as the company expanded its remote presence.
Role
My responsibility involved crafting a vibrant and easily recognizable template capable of unifying the diverse array of company initiatives under a cohesive design umbrella. Drawing inspiration from the newsletter's title, "The Buzz," I conceived an email template that seamlessly blended design elements from bees, honeycombs, New York City, and the distinctive Adorama brand. This creative endeavor aimed to infuse a sense of fun and visual cohesion into the communication platform.
